Oceano Salad

10 large Romain lettuce leaves
10 cherry tomatoes cut into halves
15 pitted green olives cut into halves
½ cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
1/4 cup Italian dressing
Pepper to taste

Wash lettuce leaves in cool water.
Towel dry leaves, chop into 1” pieces
Add to large mixing bowel.
Half tomatoes, sprinkle with pepper and 
arrange in bowel of lettuce.
Add olives, green pepper and sprinkle with cheese.   Toss with dressing
Serves 8
